dyk Its funny how people carry weight differently b/c I am heavier than you by about 5 pounds.

dyk I should weight 125ish which is like a size 2. My goal is a size 6 which is around 140ish.

dyk I never been a size 2. Even when I was really tiny, I was a 5 at 135.

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

dyk I buy the arnold's sandwich thins but I don't eat bread on a regular basis. I can eat the fiber one regular twigs cereal, honey nut cheerios, triscuits. I know honey nut cheerios aren't legal but I am ok with a slow weight loss.

dyk Most of my fiber comes from fruits, veggies and whole grains like quina,

dyk My endo said she only wants to me lose around 1 pounds a week.

dyk I think the exercise and the right thryoid meds have made a big difference. Sometimes I don't lose weight but I am smaller and by my fat/body measurements, I am gaining muscle.

dyk I try to eat SB. My non SB foods are things like corn on the cob, lara bars, and honey nut cheerios. I do eat 1 meal a week where I eat what I want but it can't be greasy food so that has helped.

dyk Fred even grilled eggplant the other day.

dyk Thank you for all of your recipes. Fred thought SB was going to be boring but so far he likes the food.

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

DYK you are so welcome for the recipes!

DYK I think it is great that Fred is on board with the eating- it makes it so much easier!

DYK I have finally won the great w/w pasta battle at our house. He no longer complains that it doesn't taste as good as white pasta. He prefers w/w pita and

DYK thanks Karri- she is definitely cute, even if her brother's don't share in that belief

DYK we are pretty much convinced wherever she came from she had to fight for her food and pretty much keep her guard up at all times. Meal time is still a work in progress. She has gotten so much better, but she will still occasionally chase all three of the boys from the kitchen until she has a bowl of food in front of her.

DYK and we have finally gotten over the- eating like you won't be fed ever again and making youself vomit- routine.
