dyk Fred is excited too. He said even if it only gets off of the bathroom at night, he will be happy (hope thats not TMI). After eating wheat, it feels like I ate glass.

dyk I can't wait to make your spicy buffalo stew over sweet potatoes once the weather gets cooler.

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

dyk I Just dug through the trash unsuccessfully to find the reciepts from the stuff I got for my friend

dyk they have a surplus though she didn't say with what exactly, prob vinegar - haha - but I was going to offer to return anything I'd gotten that was in surplus and turn it into formula

dyk it seems I should be able to soak the fabric and the glue will come off - since it can't be peeled off I can wash the wall hangings and get the glue off that way

dyk good to know!

dyk Walmart is really good about letting you return stuff w/o the receipt.

dyk Target on the other hand is a pain the butt.

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

dyk washing the wall hanging is going to work - it made the glue soft and sticky - and I "can" scrap it off - but wow that was going to take a WHILE and it was hard work, so, I ran them through again - seeing if I can loosen it up even more

dyk however, the areas that I did scrap - look GREAT and once they are scraped, dried and ironed they are going to be so awesome!

dyk just finished the first set of 20 messages

dyk now I'm only 147 behind -- up to Saturday am posts

dyk spent Saturday cleaning in the kitchen

dyk we got a new fridge -- stainless, french doors, bottom freezer

dyk thought we had the power outlet all set for it

dyk only to find it needed a 3 prong and it had a 2 (the one thing Mark didn't verify, and I mean one -- everything else w/ getting the fridge was checked and rechecked and then verified Friday night)

dyk and I don't think I mentioned that we got a flat-screen TV at the same time -- it got picked up a coule of weeks ago

dyk we still need the wall mount for it, but it's working just fine as/where it is so no big rush

dyk now we're looking for a small kitchen island/cart since there's no room for the table anymore

dyk home projects always create more home projects in an old (1920-ish) house

dyk if I ever get a way to get pictures from my phone to the computer (either connector cable or internet on phone) I'll post some of the new kitchen arrangement

dyk the old arrangement can be described well enough for the difference to be apparent

dyk almost through Sat's posts

dyk good to see Lindsy for a quick minute

dyk can't wait to see new fall siggies from Theresa and Lindsy

dyk we saw Knight and Day a while back and I really enjoyed it; I'd never been a big Tom Cruise fan but really enjoyed him in this one

dyk glad Jadyn finally made it, and way to hang tough on not giving her the binky

dyk I'm sure I missed things in the 40 posts -- sorry

dyk I think fall may be here

dyk cool weather for over a week, leaves starting to change

dyk hard to get up in the morning cuz it's so cozy in bed

dyk and then the forecast goes and says it's going to be 87 tomorrow

dyk there go the sinuses again

dyk forgot to set the alarm last night -- major oops for Mark as he got up 10 minutes before he usually leaves

dyk no breakfast for him, but he had fresh coffee and an ironed shirt, and only left 10 minutes later than normal (he usually makes his own breakfast and the coffee)

dyk hope his day got better as it went on

dyk aside from the shock, I just didn't read my usual morning emails (I forwarded them to work) or dry my hair (thank goodness for styles that work with a headband), and I had to make a lunch for Marisa since she didn't originally opt to buy today, and I couldn't talk her into it this morning

dyk Jennie's list of fall foods sounds yummy -- wish I had counter space to keep the crockpot out all the time to remind myself to use it more

dyk I wonder if we can install an outlet in the floor to supply power to an island when we find one
