2) bride has never worn a big white dress (gee? surprised? I'm not.)

3) bride has never been married in a church

dyk She does know what the white dress is suppose to symbolize?

dyk The church may burst into flames.

dyk Ok, putting evil Karri back.

dyk If they have the money, why the shower(s)?

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

dyk speaking of baking, Emma says "I love cupcakes"

dyk So I made her cupcakes. She licked the frosting, took a bite, and then ate two pears.

dyk I don't understand M's school. Here progress reports are how the schools cover their butts. You get a sheet (with three carbons) and you take it to every period. Your teacher puts your grade along with a comment. Your parent signs the sheet and then a homeroom is held maybe a few days afterwards for them to collec the prs.

dyk Progress report dates are on the school's calendar. I drove past our local high school and on their sign its says Progress Reports Sept. X

dyk This way, if you child is failing, the school can say, "Hey we sent you a report, either your child forged your signature or you signed it".

dyk If a signed PR didn't get turned in, the AP (assistant principal) called your home.

dyk I went to a 5A public high school (over 4,000 students).

Thank you to Christina for my wonderful siggy!

dyk oh, some new reasons from the MIL - as she told to my mom

dyk this is her 6th marriage techinically but only her 2nd real wedding

dyk and she doesn't really consider 2 or 3 of her marriages to be real marriages anyway b/c they were so short lived (one was 6 weeks I think, another was 10 mos)

dyk so nowing that both Dek and Ellie needs naps in themorning - and Ellie will sleep a LONG time (when Abi is home she sleeps about an hour - she slept 3 hours today and the other day Abi was at school)

dyk I am going to have to really work harder to keep Abi quiet and contained during nap times

dyk it's exhausting

dyk Anthony will be 22 in January

dyk he said he's take her in if I made the appointment]

dyk she ate this morning, after I found her and took her to her food

dyk then she came back on her own to eat/drink again before I left for the day

dyk I'm not bothering with a vet appt. just yet

dyk I'll monitor her for a few more days/nights and maybe take her in on Saturday

dyk she eats when placed at her food, and she isn't making messes around the house

dyk but her fur is starting to look dirty because I don't think she's cleaning herself as much as she used to

dyk I think I'll have Marisa brush her tonight
