Phase 1 - 8 lbs loss - BUT

I cheated a few times with alcohol and some cake on DH's birthday! I am going to ease into phase 2 slowly - Friday's and the weekends, I will eat phase 2 and early in the week I will eat phase 1 - all except for my fiber one cereal in the morning - boy did I miss that morning fiber! (I eat fiber one mixed with FF cottage cheese, not milk)
