Well, a year ago I saw some pictures of me that were taken at our fourth of July celebration.  I though OH my how is that me? Well ever since then I have been VERY VERY focused on South Beach and becoming a healthier person.  I have lost 50 pounds and went from a tight 14 to a loose 8. We went on vacation in June and I have had the hardest time getting back on track. I never "cheated". Just did some overeating.  How can I get myself motivated? I feel like I have gained 10 pounds, I am too scared to get on the scale.  I eat all phase 2 foods...just too many of them.  Please someone out there help! I don't want to ever be fat again! I still have about twenty pounds to lose, so the climb to the top is not over.

I'm kind of in the same spot as you right now.

Thanks Joy for your response. It is nice to know that I am not alone. I have been so careful for so long and then went on vacation and went a little crazy. My mom showed me how to make whole wheat pizza and wow! also whole wheat french toast and whole wheat biscuits. I just went a little overboard with the whole wheat stuff but jeeze was it good! I have to remember that I should only have one of these and then the next day have something else instead of having ALL of these in one day.
Do you think I should go back on phase one or should I just chill out?

Yup, too much of a good thing is still too much.
