I'm half way through day 8 and still going strong. No major cravings and I'm drinking plenty water. This isn't too bad.

That is great. It took me a pretty good while for my cravings to go away but it's working. You'll be surprised to see how easy it will be to pass up those desserts.

Congrats! I reset my phase 1 clock to yesterday but am down to what I was before I started my weekend of cheating! LOL! I also just ended my TOM so I got rid of all that water - so maybe I will only extend phase one an extra few days...don't know what to do - depends on what I weight at the end of the week.

It's worse than I thought all... have to change my stats :(

When I started this diet, 2 days ago, I didn't weigh myself. I just assumed that I weighed the same as usual (I'm always right around 150, unfortunately.) Anyway, yesterday I weighed myself and found that I was 155 instead (an all time high, I might add.) I just started TOM, which may be a factor, but I don't want to start out showing no loss (or even a gain) from my 150 lb. estimate.

Looking forward to more fabulous "diet" food today. Good luck everyone!

When it's my TOM Erin, I often gain anywhere from 3 to 5lbs. Hang in there.
