Hang in there...you are doing it!!!
When I started this diet, 2 days ago, I didn't weigh myself. I just assumed that I weighed the same as usual (I'm always right around 150, unfortunately.) Anyway, yesterday I weighed myself and found that I was 155 instead (an all time high, I might add.) I just started TOM, which may be a factor, but I don't want to start out showing no loss (or even a gain) from my 150 lb. estimate.
