I want you all to get to know each other... I will still try to buddy up those that signed up for a buddy, but ultimately YOU ALL can support each other the best (IMO).... and can COUNT on the the rest of the board to answer your questions, help cheer you on... we are all here to support you 100%!

* So tell us about yourself...

* What your worries/concerns are?

* Do you have any questions?

* What have you been eating so far (phase I is the hardest phase, but lasts only 2 weeks so hang in there).

* Are you getting your veggies in (1/2 cup with breakfast, TWO cups at lunch and dinners)?

* Drinking lots of water?  (so important to try to flush out the bad stuff you are detouring)?

* Anyone exercising (we have daily threads down below to post your accomplishments - even 10 min of moving deserves applause!)?

WE ARE SO HAPPY YOU DECIDED TO JOIN US!

I have been posting alot and I know some of you ladies already from answering my other posts, but hey why not post my introduction again!

I am 27 SAHM most of the time (I babysit my niece during the week w/my son, and I temp occaisionally at an office bldg), I am married (3 years as of 1/3) and I have 2 sons (I have been remarried once). I love this board, everyone here is so helpful especially Maggie who is my buddy and has answered everyone of my posts... Thank you so much, I know I ask a ton of questions! Other than that, I used to weigh almost 250 in May '99 then because of going threw a divorce and stress I got down to 140 in July 2000! Then in Jan 2001 got remarried and instantly prego! Alittle over two years after my son was born and my weight is back up to 188 (thought it was 185, but I guess the scale doesn't lie!). So, I would like to lose 58-68 pounds! But with all the support here and at home, I know I can do it this time...

Thanks

Jedi

* Do you have any questions?
Also, I am feeling a bit nauseous and tired. Is this normal? How long does it last?

Hi, I'm Jaime. I'm 28, married and living in Chicago. My biggest concern are the sweets dh always has in the house. I never want them, but am always eating them. So far it has been 4 days and I haven't cheated once! I made a great batch of chili and used SBD to buy all the things I love in a salad from a salad bar, but always seem too cumbersome to have at home, like kidney beans and artichoke hearts. I'm working on the 2 cups of veggies, but it is difficult unless I eat a salad. If anyone has any suggestions for how to get 2 cups in at dinner, I would love to hear them.

I'm excited to have found this board. I'll be reading a lot, but may not post quite as much since I tend to work some very long, crazy hours.

How about starting with a soup.
