Am I not eating big enough servings???

I'm starving, but it's not yet time for anything else!

What do you eat when you're just hungry?

I don't think I had enough chicken on my 1st day salad.

Additions I can make?

Well right now I'm feeling the same way so I got my butt up - walked to the store and bought a little package of almonds!

Make sure to eat protein with you meals to help you digest slower and keep you from being so hungry.

Ate Breakfast & snack just fine--

did great til a late lunch of

2 plates of romaine -- maybe 3 cups?

and grilled chicken -- maybe less than a palm sized......

Maybe that's my problem????

downed that yummy SF Gelatin - could eat more, but don't know if I should!

Have you thought of some "lunch-meat" roll ups?

Check your food list to make sure these are acceptable...

What I did for today, my first day, is i had my breakfast (which i didnt finish).

I had my almond allowance about 45 min prior to lunch - couldnt make it!!! With a Dannon water.

Had my dijon/almond chicken breast with some italian green beans. I did cheat - had a diet coke - was trying not too - but darn it, i did - lol

I have a couple lunch meat roll-ups - ff healthy choice ham and ff health choice chicken breast - 1 slice each rolled together - and a slice of ff american cheese to half between them (not a big cheese slice eater).

Water will finish out my day for beverage.

You cannot go hungry - so check out all the ideas and eat!!! LOL

Same thing? or how many cubes makes a wedge????

hehe sounds like a math problem!

And is Sandwich Meat an OK sub for Chicken - if I didn't have enough chick?

Sure you can have sandwich meat, just make sure it's 98% fat free or better.

I'm with you. I 'm on day 4 and I have been ravenous the whole four days. Nothing is satisfying my hunger. I am eating everything pus snacks and I am constantly hungry. So much so that I was working out today and my tummy was rumbeling. I have never felt this intense hunger. I am hoping that means my metabolism is speeding up? I ate an egg white omlete with some LF swiss, and veggies for breakfast, A slice of laughing cow chesse for snack #1, and piece of string cheese for snack #2, 6 oz grilled chicken with eggplant and onion over a salad with oil and vinegar for lunch and 1/2 cup of ricotta with spendida and almond flavoring and I am still so hungry, I wish I knew what was going on . I ate less than this before starting SB and I was never hungry. Can being this hungry be a good thing as far as fat burning? THe proteins are not doing it for me . I ate limited carbs before doing this diet but I was never hungry like this. ITs hard to even concentrate.
