So far so good I think--here's what I had for day one

Breakfast- eggbeaters w/cheese

snack--cheese stick

lunch--taco salad (greens with chili and cheese on top)... no chips ;)

snack--celery and cheese wedge

dinner--marinated pork chops (mustard herb), broccoli and salad

dessert-- riccota creme

I did sneak a few almonds in also but not many! I wasn't hungry, but I am the type who doesn't eat for hours on end and then pigs out. I think stopping to make sure I'm eating on a consistent schedule will be helpful. I'm frequently a breakfast skipper--will be breaking that habit. But I think I will be getting tired of eggs soon!

How did the first day go for the rest of you??

Well my first day went ok I think....

Breakfast - I didn't really eat anything because I wasnt hungry for breakfast

Snack - I had a cheese stick

Lunch - I had 2 cans of tuna - a huge salad to put it on (lettuce - olives and celery) - 3 tbsps of dressing (checked the label and it had 1 g of sugars)

Snack - Almonds(20)

Dinner - I had another huge salad with olives, light mozz cheese, lettuce, and a few peices of pepperoni (probably bad but it was light) and 2 meatballs with sauce and cheese!

No dessert

I know it wasn't the best that I could do - but for having a migraine and not feeling very well I think I did ok...

Day 2 for me too!

Yesterday I had 2 egg mini quiches for breakfast, I ended up skipping most of my lunch (made a lettuce wrap that got all soggy and gross in the fridge overnight so I tossed it), but I had cottage cheese and cucumber slices with hummus for snacks, for dinner I had grilled chicken with rosemary rub, string beans, and sauteed mushrooms, fat free jello for snack.

Today I had another egg quiche for breafkast (just one this time), chicken salad with fat-free mayo and celery for lunch, cottage cheese, 10 grape tomatoes for snakcs. I think we are having sirloin for dinner with asparagus.

So far, so good!

My first day was yesterday also. I have to say it was pretty awful. I had 1 hard boiled egg with salt for breakfast. 1 hard boiled egg for snack. A salad for lunch with balsamic vinigrette dressing. (YUCK) oh yeah..with a hard boiled egg. Then I had a hard boiled egg for afternoon snack. I had taco salad without the chips for dinner. Pigged out on that. I also felt extremely lightheaded and nauseous. Plus I HAD A KILLER KILLER HEADACHE. Today is a bit better. Still remnants of the headache. But I had 1 scrambled egg for breakfast, 1 for snack. I'm having a baked chicken breast and salad for lunch. No idea what's for lunch.

Keep me motivated please!!!

I'm dying for chicken fried steak!

Bekahloo.. Sweetie.. Eat More!!!

You do not have to starve yourself.. With Breakfast you could have that boiled egg, along with some fresh veggies. Like Cucumbers, Broccoli, Tomatoes. Even something like FF turkey and Cheese slice. The salad for lunch was fine, But Add a can of Tuna.. ANd dont punish yourself. Have the Regular Ranch. It has less than 3 grams of sugar. You can have that. That light headedness was probally due to not eating. You have to also eat protien to keep you going. Please add some extras before you pass out! ;-)

Today is my second day also.. Yesterday I had 3 quiche cups for Breakfast. 1 string cheese, 1 scoop tuna salad 4 slices ff turkey w/ ff cheese, 3 celery sticks with peanut butter for Lunch, and grilled chicken, brocolli, and tomatoe. I got a little hungry later and had 2 scrambled eggs. I DID mess up and had a bite of Pecan Praline. No more for me thou. Today, again, the same things. Im ok eating the same things over and over. At least for the next two weeks. Plus Ive done this before. I also did quite well in 3 weeks, I lost 14 pounds. So im hoping to do another 2-3 weeks.

Have a good day Ladies!!

Everyone likes different things so I personally did not enjoy eating Vanilla Ricotta Creme/Cheese. I dont like eating ricotta cheese and it was my first time eating that kind of cheese too! I think I'm going to have a fruit popsicle instead! A lot of stuffs listed...I never had it before because my family only eats homemade chinese foods and chinese stuff. We dont really eat snacks so it's new for me! I'm having fun, actually! Making all those new kind of dishes that I never had! Fun, fun, n fun!!!
