4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tbsp. butter*** or margarine
1/4 cup leftover spinach
1/4 cup leftover spaghetti squash
1 whole pickled jalepeno pepper diced
a pinch of garlic powder
1 tsp of parmesan cheese
take egg whites and whole egg beat until slightly frothy - throw in garlic powder, mix again and set aside.
heat med frying pan on med/hi with butter or margarine - add spinach and spaghetti squash. let it get hot, sautee gently - add jalepeno. do this for about five minutes. add egg mixture - turn heat to low and start scrambling. it gets a little watery so i turned the heat back up and let some steam away.
place in bowl, top with parmesan and voila - really good bfast.
***i use butter even though u aren't supposed to - i refuse to use margarine and plus i'm not doing this diet cuz i'm fat (113lbs) i'm doing it to relearn healthy eating habits.
