Hi,

I've posted before without introducing myself. I actually was checking out the board for a couple of months before I made up my mind to purchase the book and start the diet in order to lose 10 extra pounds I put on during pregnancy. I actually put on about 60 pounds during my last pregnancy and lost all of it except for this last 10 stubborn pounds on my own.

The strange thing is that I am actually eating more on this diet than I did before. I never ate breakfast and when I did it was just fruit and juice. I used to snack throughout the day and then eat dinner but never really ate a formal lunch or a huge dinner. I am active normally and have been most of my life. I try to do SOMETHING in the form of exercise each day and I always take the stairs and park far from the mall entry...etc.....I've been doing that for quiet sometime. This is why I guess it was not difficult for me to take off the excess baby weight. However, this last 10 pounds is just killing me. I've tried everything and it just won't come off.

So...I'm hoping the SBD does it for me. I've made a promise to not weigh myself at all until the two weeks are up. I'm on day 3 and it's been very easy because like I said...I've been EATING more than I ever have in a long while. I'm also enjoying foods that I never tried before like Ricotta Cheese and Cottage Cheese. I eat healthy normally but I was eating the same boring items each day. So I'm hoping this diet will jar my matabolism and help me get rid of this baby weight before summer! I'm going to the Caribbean and Italy (anniverasay gift from my SUPER HUSBAND!)

Last time I checked I was 139. I want to be between 129 and 135. I feel good after just 3 days on the diet. Giving up diet soda was the toughest part for me. However, I'm controlling the urge by drinking plenty of water. I also like the fact that I can have jello (sugar free) and also sugar free fudgesicles. I know you can only have a total of 75 calories of these items but it helps alot...because I am a chocaholic. If I eat one fudgesicle a day I am satisfied.

So...this is my story and I've enjoyed reading each of your stories and I commend each on their individual success! You inspired me to go on this diet! Thank You!
