Day 10 of Phase I and I lost ...

In 10 days I lost 3 pounds only :~( I was working out 4 times a week, walking to work, taking the stairs 4-5 times everyday, shopping for hours and eating according to the plan. Anyway not that I expected any more than a two - three pound drop. In all cases I m happy I m closer to my goal and determined to reach it within a month. I guess saying that SBD makes you lose between 8 - 13 pounds is only marketing. Those who are losing this much weight are probably far from their Goal weight and as soon as they get closer they will notice the slow down. so then they will have to get involved in some additional workout like dancing, power yoga or kick boxing to boost the fat burning again.
