Hi,
My name is Jennifer and i started the SBD today. I found it ok. I feel weak and have a little headache. I am missing the foods I use to eat but I realize that this is a way of living healthy.

My day went well, I think. Although I'm kinda hungry right now. Well not really hungry, but just really want something to munch on. Had too many snacks today already... No headache though!
I want to lose about 25 lbs.
Well, not really. Walking for 20 -30 minutes. We will try to make the walk at least a three times a week kinda thing. We walk much more during the summer, but it;s hard to get out when it's cold outside. Also, I'm looking into taking a class at the gym. The only one that fits my schedule is a Pilates class. I'm not sure I want to take that. Anyone tried it?

I am 250 now, with a goal of 150 although I havent been that since I was 18 and dont know if its realistic. But when I get below 200 I will definately throw a huge party lol.
I havent started exercising yet, but have been doing some stretching. I'll start with just getting myself more flexible (which I guess is a little exercise) and do my yoga tapes. As my knees get better and my flexibility improves Ill step it up more. I do have hand weights that I'll probbly start using too.

My first day was very good. I haven't missed any of the "no-no" foods today, well maybe except the Krispy Kreme donut on top of the fridge. LOL I was good though, and didn't eat anything that I wasn't supposed to.
Got all my needed water in, plus took a brisk walk around and neighborhood and used some weights.
My willpower is still good, and I hope to really stick with this diet.

Today I was good and I exercised on my threadmill for 25 minutes (walking at 3.5MPH).
During the afternoon I was feeling hungry and headachy but that might be b.c I skipped lunch (DOH!) I had eggs and tomato juice for breakast, two mozzarella stick for snacks (in the AM and the PM), and four pieces of Healthy Choice chicken breast lunchmeat with calories free mustard. For dinner, I had asparagus, chicken, and a salad with a little Just 2 Good dressing.

Unfortunately, that means that I have been doing something wrong to need to be here going through the sugar DTs again. Oh well. I planned to start running again today, but didn't get to it on my lunch hour. I did some sculpt/lift stuff though.
Pilates -- love it. At first it doesn't seem like much but it does a great job of strengthening your core muscles (stomach, back) and the odd little exercizes work. And, it stretches you out well too. I don't get nearly enough stretching in and wish I could still afford to take my pilates classes. I'm going to try to fit in the video once a week or so.

My day went good. I do have a major headache today and I miss my Coke!
I am all prepared today and hope everything goes well.
We are going to my inlaws this weekend, Brother inlaw is on leave from Iraq so I am hoping everything will go well. It is a six hour drive... perfect time for coke and chips. That will be the tough part!

Hi,
I started on Sunday. I have done pretty good so far I think. I am hungry right now though. I had two eggs and two slices of bacon for breakfast. for lunch, I had a salad with lf ham on it and a sf jello. It's only been 2 hours and I'm hungry!!! My headache isn't as bad today though. I am really excited about this and am determined to lose weight. I went to the gym yesterday and walked on the treadmill. I didn't use any of the machines but I intend to do that today. I plan to walk at least 30 minutes and then work out on the machines.
I need to lose 60 lbs by the way.

I am 5'2 and 120. I want to lose about 7-10 pounds. I'm getting married in september and I"m going to vegas next month on vacation.
Yesterday was a little tough becuase I was a little tired and achey in my neck. But I didn't feel hungry. I got to eat things I like. So I can't really complain.
I think i can see what will be difficult or what sneaks into my regular eating habits too much is the snacks that come up at work and late night TV snacks.
But I can do it. I deserve it!
