hi all, i am on day 10 of the diet. while i think that i'm doing pretty good, with just a few missteps; i have not seen the loss in belly fat that i expected and i don't believe i've dropped any weight.

also, i'm thinking of sticking to phase I for an additional week. i decided to stay @ I because i had yogurt on day 4 and a non-fat, skim latte on day 7. is this advisable or should i go into phase II?

any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Have you weighed yourself? Have you been drinking water? Is that the only cheating you did? This may sound gross but are you going tot he bathroom. I find cheese can make me feel constipated ( I eat a mozzarella cheese stick once a day) Also, sugar free candy causes a gassy laxative type effect. So you may be gassy.
