Soup during phase 1

One of my favorite things to eat for lunch is soup. My office pays for our lunch so i can't really bring my own. There are several restaurants by me that offer a wide variety of soups and will list if these are fat free, dairy free, or vegetarian. I was wondering if an acceptable lunch on phase 1 would be one of these FF soups and if so what kind of soup would be acceptable (they have things like white bean and escarole to peanut chicken). what about tomato eggplant? I know the obvious ones to avoid (cream soups and soups with not the appropriate phase 1 ingredients).

I guess I would just look at the ingredients (tomato eggplant) would have tomato and eggplant in it so I think it would be fine.

well we have corporate accoutns at various restaurants and i look through a menu book and write down what i want and it's someones job to order it and pay the ddelivery guy. it would just be a waste of money to bring my own food. i already have been buying eggs for breakfast (office also provides bagels and muffins). i work in the post-production industry and everything is catered because we have clients here all day long and the lunches are billed to them. I have been having salad everyday and i would liek to skip a day so that the ruffage doesnt get too bad in my system.
