Is anyone who is nearing the end of PH 1

planning on doing it for longer than the 2 week period? I might. I can't really go by the scale, because some days I've lost, and other days, I am almost back to where I started. I think my body may retain fluids a lot. I also have drastic changes in weight (according to scale) depending upon what time of day I weigh myself....up to about 4 lbs. difference in a day! However, on the plus side, my clothes are not "tight" anymore around the waist and hips, so I think I must be doing something right. I have been doing Dance Aerobics class for an hour twice a week and am now adding an hour-long ice-skating class once a week, so those may help, as well.
Just curious if anyone here in week 2 of Phase 1 is going to stay.

I end phase 1 tomorrow, but I plan on doing it for another week. I'm not bored of the food yet. I might allow some foods, like milk and bread...maybe some wine! I've lost 3.5 lbs of a total of 13. I also notice a difference in my waist...not nearly as roly poly! I assume the less to lose, the slower it goes!
