I just have a few quick questions for you all.
From what I understand plain ff/sf (whichever it is) is allowed on PhaseI? Should I be be watching the calorie count on this???? I looked at the calories the other day and it was like 140....I actually really like the plain yogurt mixed with a little sweet n low and some chopped nuts...i like the "bite" of the plain yogurt compared to the overly sugary sweet taste of the lowfat/ff flavored kinds.

I am sooooooooo dying for an ice cream cone...... any suggestions - I am a vanilla person

I also wanted to tell you about something my df cooked up last night - he was "on" and decided to cook for me...what a guy.
He took green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic and stir fried them with extra virgin olive oil, I cant believe its not butter and ...salt/peppered to taste.
Cooked some skinless chicken strips - chopped up really good and added to it all...
It was really really good!!! And really really quick.... easy too.
Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Sheila, never mind me, you posted this in Phase 1 section so you're in Phase 1.

I have tried the plain yogurt with vanilla extract... didnt do it for me!!! LOL
I am planning on continuing with Phase I for an extra week... so anything would be great right now.
I am not sure if it is the actual taste I am missing or the actual texture etc of ice cream... lol...
Thanks for any input - I weigh in this Saturday.. yeah!!
