Has anyone's weight loss stalled?

Hi all,
I lost six pounds as of last Saturday in week one of P1. I weighed myself today and I am still at a 6 or 7 lbs. weight loss mark- no additional loss since Saturday. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I had a couple of hot wings Tuesday (bad! I know)- could that be the cause??

I did, I was at the same weight for 3 weeks and just couldn't get over the hump!
The first time I did P1, I lost 5 pounds the first week and zippo the second. I made the switch to P2 and started losing again (1-2 per week). Don't sweat it, some people's bodies adapt quicker to change! Make a switch with something, either go on to P2 a little early or else up your exercise, and you'll start to see results again.

Anyone know HOW FAR AHEAD OF TOM would your body start retaining in prep ????
I'm 10 days from P-Day (haha) and seem to have stalled. Maybe it's more regular weight training - building muscle???

I'm REAL interested to see what my diff. since November is.....
I didn't weigh in December, cause I was chicken.
I know I ate like a pig during the holidays, however, I know I've lost atleast 4.5 since Jan 5th.....
Hopefully, I'll be encouraged!!!! and wanting to do more SBD !!!!
