I haven't cheated at all on P1 (on day 4) but today at lunch i found myself soooo hungry that i ate double the ammount than i usually do of grilled chicken and steamed cauliflower and broccoli. i am feeling extremely full and bloated anmd i was wondering if this will put a damper in my weight loss since i ate soooo much more than normal.

I'm guessing no. I'll bet the bloat and fullness you feel are from the veggies, two of the biggest bloat producers in the veggie world. No pun intended, but it'll pass (wink). Try some club soda with lemon or lime, unless you don't mind the sugar in Tums, for some relief.

I agree you did mess up? On the sbd there's no portion control, you can eat as much as you want to prevent hunger. The bloating my be the sesonings on the chicken ( retaining water) but it will certainly pass. Hugs Maryann
