i am very confused. for the past 4 days i have been using FF milk in my coffee instead of my usual half and half. I only use 1tbsp insterad of the serving size of 2. Today i read the labels and i am shocked.

Half and half:

40 calories

2g Carbs

1g Sugar

2g Fat

FF Milk:

120 Calories

13g Carbs

12g Sugars

0g Fat

uhhhh...which is better?

The serving size for the fat-free milk is 1 cup.

Have you tried Land O Lakes fat free half and half?

It's only got some sodium and 2 g of sugars

but I know it's used in the book - recipe for south beach "mashed" potatoes

Anyways, I've used this in my coffee- just a couple splashes a day
