Can you have FF or LF mayo on this stage. I have been adding about 1 tablespoon to my tuna.

Just be cautious of the fat-free mayonaise - it sometimes contains sugar.

Although Mayonnaise is permissible, I bought some soy mayonnaise called "Nayonnaise" and actually, I prefer the taste. It has more of a "vinegary" hint to it.

I found it in the health food section of Kroger.

Nutritional Info:

serving size: 1 Tbsp Calories: 35 (fat cal. 30)

total fat. 3.5 g (0) saturated fat

0 cholest.

115 mg sodium

1 g carb

0 fiber

0 sugars

<1 g protien

for what it's worth!

I also like Nayonaise!

I found my one true mayo though... eggless canola oil mayo light... I know it's a mouthful, it is the best tasting low cal/fat/carb mayo I have found, totally SBD approved. Even my "only real mayo for me" boyfriend, loves it.

Found it at whole foods market.
