Almost done with phase 1

Well...Sunday is day 14 of Phase 1 for me. I have been exercising (1hr treadmill, 30 mins pilates) every day and I haven't cheated even the tiniest bit! I decided to wait until today to weigh in. I have lost 4 lbs. in almost 2 weeks! I was certainly hoping for more... but it's 4 lbs. less than I was, so I'll continue. I think I'll keep on Phase 1 for a 3rd week. (Except I am adding in red wine! LOL I am SO looking forward to my first glass on Sunday evening!) It's "that time" of the month, so I'm a little bloated maybe that's contributing as well. I have been drinking a lot of water (4-5 16-oz bottles a day) but I find I'm up 2-3 times a night to pee! Makes for a groggy morning.
Any advice on continuing on P1 or should I just go onto P2? I want some bread! But I'll survive if I have to do this another week.

I am thinking I will stay on phase 1 another week and see how it goes. The difficult part for me were days 2-3; now its going very well. Last night I didn't even crave the ricotta mocha-I had nothing sweet after dinner. That's a first!! The cravings really do go away. I must say, when I smelled the pancakes and syrup this morning in the school cafeteria, it smelled pretty good. No cravings though!
