Just completed Week 1!

I just completed Week 1 and have lost 12 lbs. My goal is to lose 120 lbs. over the next year. It took me a few days to get a handle on what I could and could not eat but otherwise I have found this relatively easy. No cravings and, as long as I remember to eat my snacks, no hunger. I also started a water aerobics class this week.

Wow! 12 pounds is great!
