Just completed Week 1!

I just completed Week 1 and have lost 12 lbs. My goal is to lose 120 lbs. over the next year. It took me a few days to get a handle on what I could and could not eat but otherwise I have found this relatively easy. No cravings and, as long as I remember to eat my snacks, no hunger. I also started a water aerobics class this week.

Congrats! You and I are having similar experiences sounds like. I am on day 6 and have lost 10 pounds. Would be thrilled if it continues at this pace, though I figure it gonna start slowing down lol. I have a hundred pounds to lose, but it sure is nice to dream about losing all of it in 10 weeks lol
