I just read the great success of "Just Completed Week One" and was thrilled to hear the good news. It gives me hope but I've got to say I think I even gained a pound this week and it is making it hard to continue. I am only hoping that the second week will kick in.

Has anyone else experienced that in Phase 1, week one?

Hi Mel,

Thanks for the help.

The water, well I just can't seem to get enough. I don't really drink anything else. Water and Tea (green or decaf). I will try to keep it to 8-8oz.

The sausage, I only do a couple of days here and there, and it is low-fat. It is those silly brown and serves. I have to watch the fats in my diet anyhow. Had High Chol. and have had it down for 10 years, and don't want that back. Was 265 once when I was 20, now at 34 it is holding about 179-182.

I just can't do the creme thing. I added an apple with pb instead. I know I am suppose to wait, but in the last three days I have added more food and that for desert and I lost two lbs. I didn't have the drink. I was just kidding. I like to make people laugh now and then.

Thanks for your help, I will keep plugging along and add more stuff to my menu.

Have a great day.
