Vegetarian Breakfast

I am just starting the South Beach Diet after a great weight loss with WW, but then a great weight gain on my own! I am a vegetarian and eat no meat at all. I am struggling with the breakfast issue. I have no problem with eggs but can't imagine eating them everyday. I am typically on the go in the mornings. I would so much appreciate some suggestions. Thanks!

May I suggest lf or ff cottage cheese w/ cherry tomotoes. Grill up some veggies... turkey rollups....I would just eat a light lunch or dinner meal in the am if I was you.

Believe me , I KNOW what you mean. Eggs do get boring...and if you're on the run and not a very breakfast person, I would suggest either LF or FF yogurt. Or tofu "sausage" links with LF cottage cheese (they also come in individual packs, if you are on the go). Good luck!!

We tried the Boca brand "sausage" patties...they were really tasty. They make different types of breakfast (and other )"meats." They may help to spice up your eggs.

When I get tired of eggs, sometimes I just melt some cheese on top of the Boca sausage pattie for breakfast.
