Feeling Hella Good...

Hi all, it is Day 6 of Phase One and I feel so great mentally and physically! I have been eating right, drinking tons of water, and feeling better about myself. I have lost a few pounds (I haven't weighed myself) and I just feel better not gorging myself with food. I don't have any cravings. I serve my toddler alot of my favorite foods (french fries, chicken nuggests, corn, Cram of Wheat, oatmeal, etc) and I have been strong.
I ordered 8 Minutes Abs, Arms, Legs, and Buns and also Pilates for Weight Loss. This is the first time in my life that I am actually being proactive about losing weight without starving myself and without diet pills. I feel very proud of myself. I have along way to go. My goal is to drop the weight and firm up by April 1st!

I'm getting a much deeper sleep, have more energy and I've noticed an improvement in my complexion too!

This Sunday is the end of Phase 1 for me. I am going on a business trip this week, but I am going to try to remain on Phase 1 while I am gone (I don't want to give myself in room for error.
Aliah, I think you & I are in the same boat. Since having kids (2 1/2 & 15 m) I have not done anything for myself or my body. I am doing Pilates and the treadmill at least 5-6 times a week and I have suddenly found this amazing will-power that I never thought I could have. Keep up the great work!!!
