I was very interested in SBD because it helps you to lose belly fat. I am near Phase I but I haven't lost belly fat. Has anyone else lost some?

This is my 13th day on Phase 1 and I do think my belly is smaller. I haven't weighed myself yet, I'm waiting until Mon morning when I start Phase 2, so I don't know at all how much I have lost. Have you measured yourself around your belly? That would be the best way to see. Also, measure yourself at the same time each time, probably best in the morning before you eat or drink anything.

Good Luck!

How are your other results (weight loss, fit in jeans)?
Are you drinking lots of water?
Eating enough?

You know I think I noticed the biggest changes in my belly during phase 2.

Know this is crazy, because it's just my first week, but I have lost 4 pounds and I feel it in my jeans waistband. It's just not as tight as it was after Christmas. :) Also, I think eating carbs makes you feel bloated, and since I was eating carbs EVERY MEAL before SBD, I think that bloated feeling in my belly is gone.

I first noticed the loss right below my breasts (most noticable laying down). Then noticed in the mirror that my bottom looked bigger, but further inspection showed loss to the left and right upper hip area. So even though I can't tell in the tummy section. It seems like shrinking from the outer areas in. I keep thinking that with the large eating changes, it has to fade away eventually.

After two weeks, my jeans are definitely more comfortable. I don't have to fight with them to get them over my hips and the waistband doesn't dig like it did before. My belly is starting to look a little tighter too.
