Today is the last day of my Phase One. So far I have lost about 6 pounds. It's partially because of SBD. I barely ate this week cuz of other issues I got but when I eat, I eats those healthy allow foods for Phase One. (If I wasn't on diet and barely ate for a week, I wouldn't have lost any) Everyday this week since Tuesday has been one meal and fudgicles for me and it usually are 2 eggs, 2 canadian bacons with 2/3 lettuces and 2 fudgicles and it helps me through the day. I ate it cuz I forced myself to eat it and I knew I wouldn't want to eat it later of the day.

What I wanted to ask you was if I should stay on Phase One for another week or move on to Phase 2? I'm not entirely ready to add some of those banished foods but I just want to know what do you think?

Thanks for reading this!

My heart goes out to you for going through a hard time. And I hope you will take this as it's meant (respectfully and with kindness), you haven't been following the south beach diet.

Susan :)

So I guess I should stay for another week of phase one to pull myself together for SBD track if I want to keep everything stable. It's all fine! You know, Susan? I brought the newest SBD mini book couple days ago and was browsing it through last night. I couldn't bring myself to eat all the fast food ever again! I mean there were a lot of this words in every pages: avoid, very limited, limited, avoid, avoid, very limited, and did I mention avoid??? It scares me and open my perspective views in many ways. I mean, realizing now that I have a control over food. Not that I didn't have control. But like before I got sick, I'd eat fast food once in a while but always had breads, plenty of rices, or noodles. Cuz in asian culture we eats a billion bowls of rice! My god.

I just brought Natual Peanut Butter and I think it's smukel or something! It got oils on top of it. Is that good? I couldn't find other natural one so I'm guess this is the one.
