Fast Food Ideas Anyone?

I have a busy week this week and there is NO WAY I can cook or even have time to go to a sit down restaurant. Does anyone have some phase fast food ideas? The only things I can think of are salads maybe at some places, or hamburger wraps at In and Out, but I'm not even sure if they use lean meat.

Thanks!

Mcdonald's grilled chicken caesar salad is good.I think I could eat them all the time if I had too. Also if you have a Ruby Tuesday near you you could get something from their low-carb menu. The petite sirloin and the low-carb fajitas(minus the tortillas) are great!

I would imagine any grilled chicken sandwich would be okay w/o bread and be careful of what they put on it.Hope it helps. Good luck and have a great week!!!

Subway is my fast food of choice lately, since it's right next to work and I don't have much time. The new "Atkins-friendly" wraps taste excellent, but be warned that they have a high fat content! I just found out, though, that you can have any Subway sandwich made into a salad upon request (for the same price, at least at my Subway), or you can have them remove part of the bread for you. The salads are great, they put all the meat and veggies that you want onto a bed of lettuce instead of the roll.

They didn't advertise it at my Subway, but it's listed on the menu underneath all their regular salads. If it's not there, ask one of the workers about it, I'm sure they'll be happy to accomodate since they're trying to carve out a market among the low-carb people!

Good luck!
