Breakfast on Weekends??

I'm in P1 (second week). This past weekend I forgot to eat breakfast. My hubby and I slept in late both days and I just didn't eat. So I just forgot about it and ate lunch and a snack and dinner both days.

I don't have a problem with cravings. I'm having a problem with remembering to eat. I feel like I'm eating sooo much on this diet. I eat breakfast and it's time to eat lunch and then it's time to eat dinner. Before (this diet) I skipped breakfast..snacked all day and then ate dinner. Now, I'm having breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner (no snack or dessert most nights). I also work out every other day 4-5 days per week. I don't think I'm eating enough....

The Chart someone posted here...I think it was the CL--was helpful for me because I keep account of the water I drink and the foods I eat. I kept the chart in the kitchen. It is just a weekday calendar chart but it works for me. There is space to fill in for each meal and each snack. It reminds me to eat....but what if you don't feel like eating???? Do you still snack??? hmmmmm......

Hi Susan,

My typical meal plan is like this

Breakfast

1 egg (boiled) or scambled

1/2 cup spinach

at least 2 8oz cups of water

snack

celery slices (1 stalk cut into 3 pieces)

filled with 1 laughing cow cheese wedge (1 divided into the 3 celery pieces)

Lunch

Turkey roll

w/deli turkey lowfat provolone cheese slice

wrapped in lettuce with a little dijon mustard

small cucumber 'salad' with mushrooms and a bit of vinegar and lemon juice

OR

1/2 cup Tuna or chicken salad on lettuce

16 oz bottle water

snack

maybe a half fudgesicle or celery

8oz water

Dinner

Fish or Chicken breast or shrimp Only. I don't eat red meat.

I either bake it with a little lime and ginger..salt and pepper to taste

I have a half cup of zucchinni and another half cup of green beans or other allowed veggie

I drink about 4 glasses of water btw dinner and going to bed

Dessert

Sugar Free Jello cup

I pretty much have had the same meals each day. I have't eaten anything off the list.

Thanks for your opinions in advance :)
