Day 2 Phase 1 and I feel different

I started a little bit last week, meaning I ate more of the P1 foods but still ate high carb foods. But I officially started yesterday so I've gone almost 48 hours of this WOE. And the weirdest thing is getting used to eating foods without bread! I'm so used to grabbing the peanut butter jar and bread, or cereal for breakfast or putting cream cheese on a cracker or something. So you definitely have to totally change your way of thinking eating this way. Another thing I've noticed is my blood sugar seems more even. I went to a restaurant last night to meet friends and they all ate a dessert and I was able to sit through their snack without freaking out like I HAD to have something! It was so freeing! I did have coffee and that kept my mouth "busy".
Just wanted to say that I think this new WOE is awesome and hopefully by the time I'm in P2 I my blood sugar will be good enough to be able to handle the carbs that are introduced.
