Why do some people lose weight the first week and others dont? How about the second week?Is there anyone out there that had problems losing on phase one but continued and eventually saw some results? How did you handle the disappointment and frustration without giving up ? Is it truly possible to even lose weight or are some of us destined to stay overweight?

Every body react differently. So some takes time to lose weight, and some don't need to. The first week of P1, I lost 3lb on the first day of P1 and then after that it was the same till the end of 2 weeks, I lost 6lbs.

I personally think if a person want to lose like 10 or 5 lbs is a little harder than if a person want to lose more than that, it's easier. I don't know why though, but I hear it very often.

I don't know if there's such thing about some people destined to be overweight. I think it's the matter of control of what/how you eat.
