Here's the scoop on day 2 for myself and hubby!

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
V8 :)

Snack
Boiled egg
Olives :)

Lunch
Huge salad with chicken breast

Afternoon snack
Natural PB
Celery stalk

Evening meal
Lemon peppered chicken breast
Green beans
Nice salad

30 minutes walking and 30 minutes bike riding! Woohoo, I feel good today :)
