I'm talking about the lowfat cottage cheese, plain yogurt and cheese? I love dairy but I wasn't sure if there was a limit to those like there is to nuts and seed? thanks! Rachel

Susan --

Do you think there is a diffence in vanilla or fruit yogurt if they have the same sugars? I just checked the lables of my Dannon Light & Fit creamy and the vanilla and raspberry both have 10g of sugar. I wonder if that applies more to the stuff w. the jelly stuff on the bottom.

thanks

Hi Rachel, this way of eating is different in that cheese isn't really considered dairy, it's considered a protein.
