Yogurt in P1? Really? Let it be true!

Hello,

I have been on phase 1 for about 2 weeks but had a MAJOR moment (hour, actually) of weakness this weekend involving a D'Giornos Deep Dish Pepperoni Pizza. Oh, it was not a pretty sight. Damn those pizzas with their delectably delicious aromas and their mouthwatering melted mozarella.....let's just say nothing was going to come between me and a big chunk of melted cheezy goodness. So I am starting P1 again...is this a good idea?

Anywho, I saw a post from someone that said yogurt is now allowed in P1 and I was so excited. Does anyone have more information on this? Like what kind of yogurt, serving size, etc. I am Ricotta-ed out and ready for a change.

Thanks Cathy, for the info and the welcome. If you don't mind my asking, where did you find the yogurt info? I was just wondering if there were any other fun foods that I didn't know about that aren't listed in the SBD book. My mom has borrowed my book and not given it back, I feel so lost without it.
