Morning! I am feeling good. About ready to get to the grocery store for a few odds & ends to get me through the day (MAJOR grocery store shopping tomorrow). That is IF I can get out of the driveway. Snowed in a bit!

A few quickie Q's - How much coffee am I allotted? No more than 2 caffeinated beverages?

I am assuming that Nonfat Nondairy Creamer is a no-no (I tossed mine already). Am I right?

What about red wine vinegar? Not too clear on that one. That is all I have in the cabinets & might pick up balsamic when I am out & about this morning.

Can I have Mayonnaise at all? I have Just2Good in the fridge & was going to make a tuna salad thing this afternoon for lunch. Carbs are 2, Sugars are less than 1 & fat is 2.

Do you suggest Metamucil in powder or capsule form? I might have to get both because I don't want to cart it back & forth to work.

Besides those Questions (I am sure more will pop up as the days/weeks/lifetime goes by), I am feeling good about this! Re-read parts of the book this morning & went through my cuppords & pitched avoided items for the next 2 weeks. The biggest stuggle will be no fruit.

TIA for you help! All of you are very knowledgable & helpful.

Oh! Can I post my journal's at all for input? I am just so used to keeping one that I don't think I can stray from that.

There is no limit on caffeine - just remember that it can stimulate your appetite.
