PIZZA and other "net carb" questions...

OK...Today is Phase 1, Day 6 and I have been doing good all week. VERY proud of myself. Hubby and kids had McDonalds last night while I ate Salmon, Great Northern Beans and Broccoli but I have to know the best Pizza I can have at this stage??? I know NO Pizza is best in Phase 1 but to be honest, if I don't do some advanced planning, I will go out and eat 3 huge slices of Papa John's by Tuesday!!!! Is it better to make my own thin whole wheat crust and add additional Fiber to the recipe (which is where my questions on "net carbs" come in....??....I am so "Jonesing" for Pizza that I could slop some sauce, cheese and vegs on a piece of cardboard and be happy with it!

So...about the "net carbs" issue.....am I figuring this correctly....???

Subtract the amount or Fiber grams from the amount of Carb grams to give me my "Net Carbs?"

Please help me out here on this. I am also checking for 3 grams of Sugar or less on product labels, right???
