Has anyone had enough energy to workout? I feel like I should because I'm trying to loose weight and I'm dieting but I feel like I don't have the energy. anyone else???

I've been exercising in Phase one and found that I do best after work rather than in the morning. One morning I went to Curves on an empty stomach and had no energy. So perhaps it's a timing thing.

I have not been exercising in Ph1 only because I wanted to see if the diet worked on it's own. So far, I'm pretty disappointed! I think exercising is really important...and I used to exercise alot...so I will start again soon. As far as energy...I'm feeling pretty good!

I did not exercise during Phase one...Other than my job (Waitress).. I chose not to because i wanted to take it slow ...Did not want to much on my plate at one time...I started working out the first day of Phase 2 and every other day since then...

I am doing water aerobics twice a week. Because of this, I did add a good daily vitamin (one a day complete for women) which helped me feel less weak and woozy.

Hi,

I'm only on day 2 and plan to only walk 30 minutes a day, nothing that would break a sweat though. I love to take DD for a walk every day (South California). I have energy in the morning, but none in the afternoon.

That's it for me until I'm on phase 2 then I plan on adding aerobics (tapes) 3 times a week. I'll also incorporate some muscle toning in that too.

I worked out last week (1st week P1) 3 times for about an hour each time. I walked, biked and did the elliptical trainer. This week same thing - plan on getting to the gym 3 times. I might do a DVD, too, for 30 minutes.
