Good Afternoon to all

and congrats on everyone's success on SBD. My roommates and I have just started phase 1 and am looking foward to the results that I know we will have. I have a simple question. I've read that yogurt is allowed on the first phase but what kind-brand wise- would be the best for me to have? One that wouldn't have to much sugar and affect my weight loss

I've been having the vanilla light-n-fit and only one per day. Is there one out there that would be better for me?

Thanks in advance with your help

Hi Sheff,

I usually eat the Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurt with no sugar added. Keep in mind that any yogurt is going to contain natural sugars. I'm also kind of confused on the whole yogurt thing. I guess my question is: because yogurt contains sugar, does that count as our sweet content daily? or is it on top of that? so confusing!!!!

I eat that kind too but I have yet to find one that is plain.

Thanks so much

I'm now in search for blue bunny and le carb at my grocer

but not having much luck finding it close by-but I can only imagine

it will be readily available very soon!!

Great to know that it doesn't count to the sugar intake for the day!!

Any other suggestions for a quick and easy breakfast that I can eat on the go?

I'm thinking the yogurt might be hindering my weight loss so I need alternatives for breakfast, I just can't do omelets that early in the morning!!

Any ideas will be a great help!!

What about 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces of cold Canadian bacon (ham) and a small can of V-8 or tomato juice?
