HELP!! any suggestions would be great! My sister and I started the SBD together.We are now on P1 day10. I've lost 10 pounds can'treally tell that much in the pants but the scale says 10 pounds lost which is great but my sister has not lost any thing nor does her pants feel looser. She tells me everything she eats and it's all ckn , lean steaks,and green beans and broccoli and salad. She wants to quit cause she hasn't seen any difference and she's a snacker and she wants somthing like popcorn or something like that but I don't think thats leagal sorry for all the questions but I don't want her to quit i really want it to work for her. the only eally weight she has to loose is in her belly she could loose 20 -30 pounds ! HELP!!!!

I'm thinking she is full of gas and maybe constipated from all the broccoli and veggies.

Maybe she needs to eat a bit more? Maybe some hardboiled eggs for snacks, or cheesesticks. Something like that. This really shouldn't be about counting caleries or anything, and maybe her body went into starvation mode because it is not getting enough? Is she exercising also? Don't worry we'll figure it out!

she eats 2-3 eggs in the morning with 2-3 slices of canadian bacon then the 15 almonds then chkn with a salad and broccoli then a cheese stick then another ckn salad and veggies then maybe a s/f popcicle or a fudgecicle (s/f)also and also about 150 oz. of water a day
