P1 Typical Day

Hi All
I want to get an idea if what i eat on a typical day is good for Phase 1
and if it meets the requirements. Please let me know what needs to be changed or what is good, I'm open to suggestions!!!!
B:Sugar-free Jello
One string Cheese
S:Land-o-Lakes Cheese Snack-(have you seen them? perfect size)
L:Ceaser Salad with chicken and some walnuts
S:Land-oLakes Cheese Snack
15 almonds(I counted them out!)
D:Pot roast(in the crock-pot as we speak or write!)
Sugar-free Fudge pop

Are you only eating romaine lettuce once a day? I'm fairly new (Phase 1, Week 2) but that doesn't seem like enough veggies to me.
I am very new only in day 3, but I agree doesn't look like a lot of veggies, and with that much cheese you will need to make sure you are taking your fiber supplement :)
I have had romaine, iceburg, cucumbers with almost every meal but breakfast, change the dressings and flavors and other goodies (celery, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, meats, etc.) I can then have my other suff on the side of that...to make slight changes....

This morning i had two pieces of canandian bacon
and the faux cinnabun-which I love
and will be cutting down on the amt of the cheese!
So i need to eat more veggies, I guess i'm still in the mindset
there is a limit to the amt of carbs, but there truly isn't a
limit to the good ones? am I getting this right?
