Phase 1, Week 1- Super bowl snacks?

I'm only halfway through phase 1 and i'm already craving pizza, bread, cereal, etc. How will i resist pizza on Sunday for the super bowl? Will one slice hurt me and make me start all over? Does it get easier?

No, one slice of pizza or bread will not hurt you or make you have to start over again.

Hi Betsy, do what you need to do to enjoy the day. But remind yourself that there ARE many yummy "heavy" comfort foods you can enjoy without leaving the beach.
