Yogurt vs. Tums

I have read that eating yoplait light yogurt daily along with diet increases your fat loss and weight loss. Higher percentage for fat loss.

My question: Would it be the same to replace the yogurt with tums on SBD?

That way your still getting your calcium without eating yogurt.

TIA,

Thanks Mel! I think your right about the yogurt. I would much rather have the yogurt as well. I just wondered the beneficial difference.

Thanks again,

The mint ones are really good and freshen your breath. I also like the tropical flavor. I need them because my stomach hasn't been acting so great lately.

Since you like the mint ones, mint is a natural way to help your tummy feel better.

Have they been helping with your bm problem? I was just reading your post from up above. I haven't taken anything like that. Usually after I have my breakfast and coffee I'm in the bathroom. Right on schedule. Are you in Phase 1? Your body might just be getting use to this WOE. Load up on the roughage. Once your body gets use to it, it should be easier.

Best of luck to you!

Actually my BM problem has not been solved. I didn't take the metamucil yet because I wasn't that hungry when lunch came around and didn't want that filling me up before I ate.

I have had many other problems with my stomach which has been going on and off for many years. I have seen doctors about it and have had x-rays but it is not more than IBS. My stomach will rumble and turn and turn but in a really harsh way and it feels almost as if it is gathering and then disintegrating downwards and then cycling again. Tums helps settle this temporarily for me.
