Wondering if anyone else is having trouble sleeping. I have always slept through the night without waking. This is my first week and I am noticing that I am sleeping very restlessly and waking up in the early am hours.

Maegan could it be that you are drinking too much at night and rousing because you might have to use the bathroom?

I've been having trouble getting to sleep, but once I do get to sleep I stay that way until the alarm goes off. I actually woke up feeling refreshed this morning, even though I didn't fall asleep until after 1am. I haven't even had to wake up to go to the bathroom, which is rare, although I have to head to the bathroom about 1-2 times/hour during the day. My energy level is going through the roof, which is what is keeping me awake. I really don't know what to suggest for you, but I do hope you are able to get some rest soon.

Thanks for the thoughts. I think it may be just an increase in my own enery level. I am not drinking much more at night, I do most of my water duty during the work day. I have noticed a significant increase in my daytime energy level, so I guess it makes sense. Maybe I'll try adjusting my bed time! Thx
