After being so "gung ho" yesterday and buying my SBD book, reading it last night and everything, I forgot the darn book at home today! I had wanted to start the diet tomorrow, but I guess I will have to wait til Sunday since I know I'll need to hit the grocery store and I can't very well do it if I don't know what I'll be eating. Can anyone help me out with breakfast and lunch ideas for tomorrow? TIA

Breaksfast: 2 egg omelot w/ green onion, bellpepper, & tomato
6 oz. tomato juice (Is clamato the same thing???)
Snack: 1 oz. skim mozzarella stick
Lunch: Tuna w/ onion, lettuce, mayo, pickles, & tomato (how much can I eat?)
Snack: Turkey roll-ups w/ green onion & bellpepper
Dinner: Salsa baked chicken
Salad w/ lime dressing
Broccoli or cabbage
