How much is enough?

As I have mentioned before, I do track my food intake and am finding that on this diet I am consuming way fewer calories than I feel I should. For instance, today my menu will be:

Breakfast: Fat Free vanilla yogurt, V8, coffee

Snack: string cheese

Lunch: Chicken soup (minus noodles, plus extra veggies), 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 T flaxseeds

Snack: SF Jello

Dinner: CL's Real Texas Chili, greek salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts

That is a total of 1026 calories and based on my consumption last week I will feel full (Might add in a celery stick with light cream cheese after work). I am really afraid that I am not getting enough calories although I feel like I am getting enough food. My concern is that when I start adding in more good carbs that my calorie intake will go up and I will stop losing weight. Thoughts anyone?

I would add more to your snacks and your lunch.... Can you add an egg or a hunk of cheese to breakfast?

I think I am going to boil up some eggs to eat with snacks or breakfast. I am not a huge nut fan so I bought some flaxseed and amd starting to add 1-2T to salads and cottage cheese figuring that should help some. Just looking for ways to pad the diet with a few extra calories...
