Hi my Name is Molly. I have been on the diet for one week now. The diet is working very well for me so far. I am still having cravings for fruit though. The gelatin just is not doing it for me. So I have already decided that I am going to give msyelf an extra week in phase one just so that I dont run out and eat every kind of fruit I see.
I am glad to have this board to come to.

I also started a week ago, and I intend to add a week onto phase 1. If you need any support or encouragement, this is a great place to be.

Me and you are about in the same spot. We started out at about the same weight and I lost 3 pounds last week. I hope to loose 40-50 pounds by November. Which is my sisters wedding. I just had a baby girl last September so I have some serious weight to loose.

Many of us started with much to lose.
I'll see how I do by my 2nd week and I too may do a 3rd week if I don't feel the cravings going away. I'm glad the program is working good for you so far.
