It's day 6 for me!

I'm going to admit, I did cheat yesterday.  I was in such a rush, I didn't make myself a big enough lunch and I was at school all day volunteering.  Starving.  At my Girl Scout troop, when they had cookies, I was so hungry, i ate two.  If they hadn't have been ones I liked I would have resisted but they were oreos of course. My faves.

But I was good when I went home and made my nice london broil, zuchinni and summer squash, some stewed tomatoes and green peppers.

I did weigh myself yesterday, just for curiousity, and no change.

One question, coffee.  I know I need to cut down anyway.  And I have even before starting SB, I was drinking like 6 cups a day, I'm down to 3.  But to really get the benefit of healthy living, I'm trying to get down to 1.

I'm not clear on SB, what the deal with coffee is.  In the original book, it says "You shouldn't have to give up your morning coffee." but then in the suggested meal plans it says "decaf", which makes me sick to my stomach.  What is the deal with coffee?

Thanks
