Hi Jyotsna! Here are a few ideas for you:

1/2 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon & Splenda ("Faux Cinnabun")

1 Morningstar Farms breakfast sausage (vegetarian) w/a slice of lowfat cheese melted on it ("Egg McNuthin'", courtesy of Cathy)

cut up veggies w/hummus or natural peanut butter

lowfat, plain (or vanilla) yogurt w/cinnamon

I'm sure others will chime in as well -- good luck!

Hi Steph,

Thanks a lot for your wonderful suggestions.I went grocery shopping yesterday and found Lightlife meatless(veggie protein) fatfree slices(roasted turkey style). Is it ok to have that?

Morningstar Farms has some frozen veggie breakfast products...i'm just not sure if they're vegetarian in the sense that you need them...do you eat dairy? you could have cottage cheese with chopped veggies.
