Hi ,

Today was day 1 of phase 1.I went to the gym today and cudnt resist standing on the scale.I was hoping to see atleast half a pond of weightloss...but i saw that i had gained a pound:(:(Yesterday night i had a bean burrito from taco bell for dinner(this was after my workout).Could that be the reason?

This is what i had during the day:

Breakfast:Tea and Scrambled tofu with mushrooms and green peppers

Morning snack:1 teaspoon peanut butter

Lunch:garbanzo bean salad(garbanzo beans with chopped onion,cucumber,lettuce and tomato)

Evening snack :Part skim mozarella string cheese

Late evening snack:Nuts and half a cup coffee

Dinner:same as lunch (except added some fatfree yogurt)

Dessert:1 sugar free popsicle.

Was this according to the norms?or did i have too much?Please give me your opinions.

If you weighed after you worked out and had eaten for the day it can show a gain. I can very 3-4 pounds heavier after eating and drinking and being on my feet all day when I try to weight at night. Best time is in the morning in my opinion, before you have started eating and drinking and after you go potty.

I am on P1 D10 and am at just over 7 pounds lighter, be a patient.

CHECK THE SUGAR FREE POPSICLE....I almost got some the other day and found they had fructose in them which is a "natural sugar", but is fruit based. They counted as 1/2 a fruit on the weight watchers thing. I decided to STAY away.

Also if it was fat free yogurt did it have fruit which makes the sugar?

Fruit is a NO NO on phase 1 ...

Good luck! Keep us posted! Make sure you measure too since inches count too not just weight, especially if you are working out everyday.
